Africa Sales Network & Business Development Manager

We're building the largest digital marketplace for the global used-textiles trade, and Africa is at the center of it. You'll build and lead our sales-rep network across the continent, the bridge between headquarters and the people closing deals on the ground.
What you'll do
- Recruit, onboard and manage independent sales representatives across key African markets, from Kenya and Ghana to Nigeria and beyond.
- Set country-level targets, run weekly and monthly performance reviews, and design incentive and commission programs.
- Drive subscription growth across buyer and seller memberships, featured listings, advertising and partner memberships.
- Keep the CRM accurate and pipeline-ready, and build partnerships with importers, wholesalers, sorters and logistics providers.
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years in international sales, business development or agent / distributor network management.
- Fluent English and French; additional African languages a strong plus.
- Hands-on with a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar) and comfortable owning sales reporting.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade or related, and willingness to travel.
Nice to have
- Experience in used clothing / textiles, import-export, B2B marketplaces or logistics.
- An existing network across African trade markets.
